Automation and review
Use confidence, agent rules, and thread limits to automate routine replies without guessing.
Confidence and approval
Every generated reply is treated as a draft with a confidence score. Your threshold controls whether a routine answer can go out automatically or waits for review.
Each agent can override the account threshold. Selecting Use account default inherits the value from Reply preferences. Drafts below the active threshold wait for approval.
Confidence is only one part of the decision. An agent can also request escalation when its restrictions prevent an automatic answer, its background does not cover the answer, or the sender asks for a person.
Human review
Held drafts can be opened, edited, approved, or rejected from the dashboard. The review email includes the draft, sender, recipients, and available escalation or reply-limit context.
When an agent cannot resolve an enquiry, it should acknowledge the customer and hold the reply rather than inventing an answer. Add an escalation contact to the agent background when customers should be directed to a specific person or mailbox.
Automatic reply limits
The per-thread limit controls how many consecutive replies an agent may send automatically. Once reached, the next draft waits for review even when its confidence is high.
Manual help
Agents are the main workflow, but you can still ask Sendvisor for a one-off draft, summary, or second opinion.
- Start from your registered email address.
- Reply, reply all, or forward the email and add the Sendvisor mailbox shown in your dashboard.
- Mention your trigger word in the body. The current trigger word is
@sendvisor.
Reply recipients
Sendvisor identifies the sender, reply-to, direct recipients, and CCs in a thread. Replies are drafted to the original sender by default. CC recipients can be adjusted before sending, while everyone in the thread remains available as context.
Turnaround and troubleshooting
Most drafts arrive within a few minutes. If an agent does not process a message, confirm that its mailbox is verified and that the original inbox forwarded the message to the unique address shown on the Identity screen.
